To those of you who have seen the M.E.B. Foods VITASTIC range of traditional Middle Eastern breads, here are a few recipes and ideas. Experiment; try something just a little different for your family today.

Using the Vitastic MEB range of flat breads, make your own chips. When cooked and allowed to cool, these are great for parties, bar-be-ques or to just nibble on. In texture, they are not unlike corn chips, but nicer, some recipes for these chips follow but try inventing a few of your own.
