6 pieces MEB White Fresh Wraps

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup tasty cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup spinach, roughly chopped

2 cups garlic and herb passatta

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine the 4 cheeses (leaving 1/4 of mozzarella for the top), spinach and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add filling to the centre of the wrap sheets and roll. In a lightly greased deep oven dish, add the rolled sheets forming a line
  3. In a pot, simmer the passatta adding salt and pepper to season. Pour the sauce evenly onto to the rolled sheets. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C or until golden.
