Garlic Prawns Crispy Fettucine

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 Pack fettucine
300g pkt garlic prawns
1 cup peas
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lrg lemon juiced
Sea salt and cracked pepper
1 garlic clove crushed
Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water.
Heat a large pan and cook the prawns tossing occasionally. Add in the peas then the cooked and drained pasta.
Place all the contents of the saucepan into a large bowl and add the fresh parsley, 1/2 the olive oil and lemon juice.
Season and toss the ingredients to ensure the dressing is even throughout.
In a separate small pan, heat the remaining olive oil add the crushed garlic. Cook untill the garlic is fragrant then add the breadcrumbs. Stir until golden.
Add the garlic breadcrumbs on top of the fettucine.
