Spinach & Cheese Pull Apart

4 Pieces MEB Fresh Wraps (we used Dark Rye)
100g baby spinach, washed
1/2 cup mozerella cheese
1/2 cup fetta cheese
Salt & Pepper
- In a bowl, combine the spinach and both cheeses. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Lay each piece of the wrap flat, and fill the center with the mix. Roll the wrap and repeat until all 4 pieces have been wrapped.
- Slice each wrap in 5cm pieces which will give you roughly 4 pieces per wrap.
- Spray a small bread tin with oil and carefully place the mini rolls filling up the tray. Bake at 180 (fan forced oven) for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
