1 MEB Plain Pizza Base
2 cups mushroom, sliced
2 cups spinach, roughly chopped
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup green capsicum, diced
1/4 cup sun dried tomato, chopped
1/4 cup basil
1/2 cup tasty cheese
1/4 cup cooking cream
Salt and pepper to season
In a bowl, place the mushroom, spinach, onion, sun dried tomato, basil and cheese. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the eggs and cream.
Combine the egg mix to the veggies and season. Place the pizza base in a lightly greased deep-dish pizza pan then top with the contents of the bowl. Bake for 60 minutes in the oven at 180C.
